B) Being impolite lazy b******s

I applied for a Grey Stripe account around the 3rd of may. The account requires manual activation, but 12 days later they still hadn't activated it, so I emailed their support. Cue the generic we-are-such-an-amazing-company (oh and p.s. send us any evaluation/demoes etc..) response. Sooo I send them the game... No reply.
It is now the 29th, almost a month since I first applied for an account.
Perhaps they just don't have time for little fishies like me. Perhaps they think the game is crap. But either way it would be polite to let me know. Bah.
I'm going to try HOVR now, but they don't even have a registration form - just an email contact so even more formal.
